This is where I tell the truth. About home. About change. About what it really feels like to sit in the in-between of life when the old no longer fits and the new hasn’t quite arrived.

I write the "The Interior Life" because I know what it’s like to feel stuck. To live in a space that no longer feels like yours. To want change, but not know where to begin.

Writing about it all is my way of opening that conversation, sometimes with answers, sometimes with only honesty.
