Every piece at Michelle Lisa Home is selected with care and packaged with the same intention. Because many of my items are vintage, delicate, or one-of-a-kind, I ship each order with UPS Ground within the United States.

Flat Rate Shipping
Shipping is a flat $14.95 for all orders.
This rate reflects the care, time, and thoughtful packaging required to ensure each piece arrives safely and ready to become part of your home.

Processing Time
Orders ship within 2–4 business days. If an item requires additional preparation or protection, you will be notified.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey home to you.

Damages During Transit
If something arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours with photographs so I can assist you. Each piece is irreplaceable, and I’ll do everything I can to make it right.
