The Interior Life is part of a growing collection of insights collected through years of working with spaces and the people inside them.
It’s not about a well-organized junk drawer or the trendiest coffee table book. It’s about the drawer you haven’t opened in a year because what’s inside makes you uncomfortable. It’s about the corner of your home that feels the most ‘you’ and asking why that is and how you can create more of that.
The Interior Life is my version of data: emotional truths, lived transitions, and the wisdom that comes from paying close attention.
Our homes reveal more than our style. They are our stories, our tastes and also our transitions. They are not just where we live but how we live.
My perspective wasn’t born overnight. It came after working for over 20 years in design and later becoming a holistic health coach.
For some time, I saw those as separate worlds. One was about aesthetics, the other about well-being. But through my work in holistic health, which, at its core, means embracing the whole of a person, it became clear that everything is connected. Our relationships, our habits, our emotional landscape and, yes, even our homes.
Through my own lessons and transitions (and those of my clients), It was obvious that design is never just about things. It's about people, energy, and emotion. It’s about who we are now and who we will be. Our homes hold us in that process of becoming.
The Interior Life is about the in-between spaces.
It's for anyone in a moment of change. It's for anyone feeling a bit stuck and wondering if their surroundings might have something to do with it. It is also for anyone who is simply curious.
Here, I’ll share thoughts, practices, and reflections on using your home, your literal interior, to support your inner interior.
I’ll talk about clutter, beauty, symbolism, energy, transitions, and how to create space for the next version of yourself to emerge.
Your home is not a backdrop. I believe it is a participant.
And when you live in your space with intention, something powerful can begin to shift.
This is The Interior Life.
I’m so glad you’re here.
